As a busy single mama, attempting to juggle work, organise trips away, keep the home tidy, cook, clean and the rest, all whilst trying to keep an 8 year old active boy entertained. I noticed my energy and tolerance levels start to diminish.

Years ago, I would have ignored the signs and carried on regardless but not this time, not on my watch 😊

This time, when my children were dropped off to their dads, I took time just for me.

Day 1 - gong bath on the beach. I can’t tell you how much of a shift you experience with vibrational healing. It’s something you have to experience 1st hand. But boy does it work!

Day 2 - date night for one. As a single parent you often forget to date yourself. Treat and spoil yourself occasionally. So I bought myself some flowers (I love the smell of Lilies, they really lift my mood), cooked myself some nice food and took myself to the cinema to watch a non kid friendly film.

Day 3 - on the beach playing my handpan and reading.

If you want to see more of something in others then start to be it more yourself.

Once you are genuinely being it, those with a frequency that resonates with yours will naturally be drawn to you. And in turn you will repel those who are not vibing at your frequency.

And should the universe throw a cheeky test your way (if one slips through the net) to see how much you’ve learnt, you’ll spot the drain of energy, to swiftly choose to invest your time and energy elsewhere.

As the saying goes, ‘birds of a feather flock together’.

Someone once said to me that they wouldn’t dream of speaking to someone else the way they speak to themselves.

Learn to be your biggest cheerleader and hold yourself high!!

Show yourself the same kindness you show to others.

As kids (well definitely 70’s kids like me) we were told be kind to another child but I don’t recall ever being told to be kind to myself.

This is something I now instil in my own children, be kind to yourself. After all, you’re with you 24/7. Who wants to hang out with someone who constantly berates you?

There’s power is your thoughts and words so be mindful and use them wisely. 💚💚💚

I live by this motto 💯. Many moons ago I didn’t trust the process of this universal field.

The sceptical mind that I’d nurtured from a child to keep me safe, questioned the validity of everything. Especially the non tangible.

Fast forward to now and I trust this process 💯. Which shifts the whole experience immensely.

I know that whatever passes me by was not meant for me, so I then get excited about what better thing more suited to my growth is on it’s way.

That my friends is a huge shift and progress.

So if that job, property, client, partner, date etc etc the list goes on, does pass you by, TRUST that there’s a reason for that (it’s not aligned, not resonating with you) and KNOW that something better is on its way if you shift your perspective and believe it wholeheartedly. 🙏💚

Yoga, conscious breath work and meditation classes for all ages and abilities held online and private one to ones in Broadstairs and surrounds. In addition to traditional yoga I am also trained in Yoga for Athletes to help sportsmen and women create longevity in their sport and reduce injuries. Whether you are looking for classes with an Ayurvedic influence to de-stress, yoga sessions to improve your sport or private one to one sessions to work on your own goal, I can help you.

Private yoga sessions (one to one yoga) in the comfort of your own home in Broadstairs and corporate yoga sessions provided throughout Kent in your workplace or online for your staff.

In addition to yoga and meditation I also offer PSYCH-K sessions to help change any limiting beliefs in your subconscious mind that may be holding you back. These are offered in the comfort of your home in Broadstairs and surrounds and also online. So if you are tired of keep coming back to the same negative patterns that you unwittingly keep drawing in then PSYCH-K is a wonderful tool to help tap into your inner wisdom and create the life you truly desire.

The literal translation of Ayurveda is knowledge of life. An ancient wisdom with a belief that everyone has the ability to heal themselves. Eating nutritious food, including beneficial herbs and spices in your diet, practicing yoga, pranayama and some sort of meditation promotes health, longevity and a sense of inner peace, making whatever life throws at you more manageable.
