I am super proud of these two incredible women!
Sharon and Raifa today completed their Homeopathic Journey!

We have spent the last 9 months together, studying the art and the science that is Homeopathy.

Homeopathy is a powerful healing system that has stood the test of time using natural, safe medicines with no side effects.

It has been an honour and a pleasure to go on the journey with them both. We have all learned so much, not just homeopathy but about ourselves too.

They have shown dedication and commitment and I can see the fire of passion in them both for this wonderful healing system.

I will miss spending my monthly Saturdays with them, but I know this isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning and I can’t wait to see where their onward journey takes them.

🌹Women O Pause🌹

Our next gathering is on Thursday 30th October 7pm - 9pm🌹

Our first gathering last month was POWERFUL!🌹

Among other things, we discussed Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDC’s) in our environment and every woman left with their own resource pack filled with tips and knowledge on how they can reduce or eliminate these from their lives and homes. EDC’s have a major impact on our hormones and have been linked to the reason very young girls start their periods so early. 🌹

This month we’ll be looking at the mechanics of our cycles, providing a deeper understanding of why we feel the way we do. You’ll leave with another resource pack on how to balance your blood sugar and other nutritional tips and tricks. 🌹

The most important part of our gathering is the opportunity to share how all of this impacts your life, how it makes you feel. Knowing you are not alone, and that you are so much stronger than you realised. 🌹

🌹Tonight I am humbled by the courage and beauty of the women who came along to the first
Women O Pause
circle at the Goddess Rooms.
🌹Each and every story was extraordinary.
🌹Each and every woman was extraordinary.
🌹It was an honour to witness the strength, resilience and bravery in sharing their vulnerability.
🌹We talked about how environmental toxins disrupt our endocrine systems and each woman left with their own pack of resources to learn how to swap those toxic products for safe, natural products.
🌹The power of sharing a safe space with women is profound.
🌹Thank you to the beautiful souls who took that step tonight. Your presence is never taken for granted.
🌹We’ll be doing it all again next month on Thursday 30th October.
🌹My heart is full of love and pride for these women.

Women (o) Pause

Mental health during peri & menopause.
Still pretty taboo.
Yet so many women experience issues and feel unable to talk about or even acknowledge it.

When we feel like that, the last thing we want to do is reach out to ask for help, we think we’re losing our minds. Partners, children, friends, think we’re just having an ‘off’ day.

Come along and share space with women having similar experiences, learn how to help and support yourselves (and each other). Most of all devote this time to yourself.
You deserve it.
Create space for yourself.
Two hours a month is nothing when you consider how much time and energy you give to everyone else.

It would be an honour to share this space with you.
