🎄🎄🎄 Christmas is coming🎄🎄🎄
I am a huge Christmas lover!! And each year that passes I love it more. Why?? Because I don’t feel the need to “eat everything in sight” I’m not worried my family members are going to say “gosh, haven’t you gained a few pounds” I’m not panicking about what to wear because following Slimming World’s plan means I have the freedom to still enjoy all the food without guilt and still protect my weight loss.
Seeing this photo reminds me of who I was. Yes I’m smiling. But inside I was embarrassed, ashamed, I hated going out. And when I did go out I drank a lot because my friends expected me to be the life of the party!! When I go out now. I’m 100% me. 💖
For my current members; don’t ever forget how far you have come. I will always have your back.
To new members; if you want help to lose weight in a fun and supportive environment then come and join us. Myself and the group will have your back. We will be your support network through it all 🥰
My doors are open 52 weeks of the year.
