I designed a daily routine for a client. Here is a copy if anyone needs it:

"Here are the recommendations for a daily routine. Obviously, it can be altered to suit your lifestyle:

1. Spend at least 20 minutes outside every morning. This can be leisurely walking or a mixture of walking/meditationg. This is best completed in a natural location, away from traffic/people.

If walking, try and focus on nature around you; the greeness of the trees, the heat from the sun, the sound of the birds.

2. Allocate some Me time each day. The length of time will depend on your life style and should include the following:

a. It must be something for you and you alone, and you should not feel guilty about reserving this time.

b. It must not be an activity which involves a phone or computer.

Examples - go for a walk, go to a cafe for a coffee, read a book, music, gardening etc.

3. No caffeine after noon.

4. 1 or 2 hour periods during the day when you are e-free.

5. Look at your diet and drink more water.

6. Create a bedtime routine. Every day before you go to bed, write a list of things which have gone well for you that day, and all the things you are grateful for. Write these daily thoughts in a really nice book, which you can treasure.

7. No mobile or computer for 60 minutes before sleep.

8. In your bedroom, create an environment of complete darkness. No lights from mobiles etc. Turn off all notifications etc so you won't be disturbed.
