Currently on holiday visiting family and it got me thinking about holiday eating.

Before the 1:1 diet I would panic about putting on weight on holiday and thought I had to still be all or nothing. Now I take the view of my holiday can include an ice cream or a pudding and that’s ok 😊

So what’s changed? My relationship with food. This is me having finished a run, not as punishment for eating but to balance out those delicious indulgences.
