At the TFH AGM in October 2018 we had the pleasure of hearing Jeanine Brownrigg share some of the research she was doing in order to write her mum, Joan Brownrigg's, memoirs.

Join us on Feb 13th at 1.00pm when we will be welcoming a physiotherapist who will be sharing useful information about 'Necks' and how to look after them.

The TFH Centre is springing into action in the New Year with our first experiential, "get involved" talk of 2018 being presented by Sandy Gannon. Sandy will be sharing the Subtle Anatomy of the three major "Stars of the Being". she will be showing us how the Incarnational, Earth and Soul stars can be tested, balanced and challenged using Touch For Health techniques and more!.

We are very grateful to Sandy for supporting the TFH Centre again this year. Her talks are always fun and packed full of information.

We are delighted to announce that all profits will be donated to the TFH Charity; a worthy cause close to all our hearts.

We warmly invite anyone learning, practising or just interested in TFH to attend Sandy's talk, which is being held on:

Tuesday 9th January 2018,
at Music Recital Hall, Sudley Road, Bognor Regis. PO21 1ER
Doors open at 1.00pm and talk begins at 1.15pm.

Yesterday was the AGM for the Touch for Health Centre. It was a day in which we where inspired by talks on Flexibility, Positive Thinking and how 'Shaking cures a 1000 ills'.
If you missed it...we will be sharing what we learnt at our next Tuesday Meeting in Bognor on Nov 14th.

It was also a very special day because a new Executive Committee have been elected to take over the charitable arm of the TFH Centre. So as from today the Touch for Health Charity has become a seperate entity. The TFH Centre will continue to run as it has always done and the Charity will be expanded and modernised by the new team.
We wish them well and are very grateful that they have stepped forward to carry the TFH Charity forward.
