I’m heading up to Blairgowrie to take part in the Cateran Yomp, well I’m not in it🫣🤩I’m doing Clinical Sports Massage on the runners.
It’s a 54 miles circuit, runners/walkers do it to raise funds for the armed forces. Quite fitting with it being D-Day today.

Waiting for 1st session of Clinical sports massage to start in Dundee.
Thank you to Emma Kenny & Cam(PB)for letting me go early on Friday, thank you to the crew of the Catriona for going above & beyond for getting everyone away. I had a 4 hour drive to get up to my mums from Claonaig to Br of Cally & I’m now here in Dundee….cant believe it. Its 8 sessions one is to do a shift at the Cataran Yomp, for the runners it’s a 54 mile round trip & I get chance to help out when they finish 🤩
