Some photos from our 3 day First Aid course last week. Our candidates were absolutely brilliant and put their all into the theory and the practical sides of the course. 😁

We cant and won't pass someone who isn't genuinely competent on the equipment. That simply protects everyone involved.

Why?
- Candidates who aren't ready are far more likely to cause an accident
- The employer ends up with liability issues, damaged stock, downtime or worse.
- The operator themselves is put at huge risk if they're not truly competent.

Our accrediting bodies require instructors to assess accurately, and not 'pass everyone'.

If a candidate needs more time to reach the required standard that's not failure, its responsible training and we will always work round our customers to get them there.

At the end of the day... we'd rather deliver an honest assessment than cut corners just to make someone happy in the office and allow them to tick a box. 🤝

All our candidates get plenty of hands on experience with the equipment they would use in real life scenarios. Hands on practice is the best type of learning here at TL Training 🙌🏽

Feeling festive in the office today… even if it is very quiet! We have a few staff off on annual leave or out and about with instructors so hats off to Shell, Dalia, Becca & Steve for making an effort 😆
