Anderson squat variation.

Starting from a dead stop means your legs, hips and core have to do the hard work — no bouncing, no cheating, just solid strength.

If you want better squats, these are worth your time. My client smashed her first go at these today, and I'm happy with my progress 💪 Just need to build a bit more depth.
