The Healing You Do Shapes the Reality Your Children Live In ✨

The work you do on yourself is shifting the way your children experience reality. This is one of the most overlooked energetics in the spiritual space. It is not only about how we relate to our children, although that has a huge impact, but about the energetics behind it. The codes we carry and the energy that weaves us together are always being transmitted.

Children become our deepest reflectors. They mirror what is unhealed within us and show us where we disconnected and where our healing still needs to deepen. How you show up for your children through safety, presence, nurturing and truly seeing them is deeply reflective of where you are within your own healing process. When this is embodied, children are able to experience themselves and life more fully. 🤍

On a deeper level, our children chose us before incarnation. When we heal the energetics we carry, we change what is reflected through them. Time and time again we hear people say that they’ve “done everything they can” but the pain is still there, the broken relationships still remain, the ‘lack’ still exists and the patterns keep repeating.

This always comes down to one crucial part that is missing. The emotion. Processing the emotional root of the pain, out of the body.

This takes time and patience to learn and embody, but with that dedication comes a life changing result.

What Really Matters 🤍

What really matters most is how deeply you can love, connect, and feel safe within yourself and your relationships.

The desire for a grand life often comes from a deep need to be seen, an overcompensation for how unhappy or disconnected we feel inside. In chasing more, we often overlook the things that truly matter.

You hear it all the time that family matters most, but when you really look at family, partners, and loved ones, how much love do you actually feel?

It is easy to say these things matter, but have you truly and deeply acknowledged how much you love and how much you allow yourself to be loved?

Can you feel it in your body, in your relationships, in the way you move through the world and in how you show up each day. That is what really matters. Get that right and life begins to take care of the rest. Everything comes, and if it is big, beautiful.
