We are delighted to announce that after the success of last year's Mother and Daughter Retreat, we are hosting another similar event this year.

Join Lisa of Yeshe Therapies (Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Reiki Master) and Bev of Woodland Mindfulness (Creative Therapist) for this special afternoon of connection and relaxation held at Bromley Town Cricket Club on Saturday 15 November, 1pm-4pm.

This session is an opportunity for girls aged 11-16 and a significant female adult - mum, aunt, grandmother, godmother, or close family friend - to relax and spend some quality time together.

Activities include a guided visualisation with crystal singing bowls to help unwind and de-stress, a painting/drawing creative activity to promote bonding and connection, and a gentle elemental movement to shake out any tension and encourage more flow.

First photo is during the lunar eclipse this evening, albeit near the end as there was cloud cover before that (can you see the shadow on the right and the slightly redish tint?).
Second photo is after it was all over (just half an hour or so later) and the moon was back to its usual colour and majesty.
