Hi, I’m Lorna. I am BACP registered and offer adult therapeutic counselling services both in person and online or the phone. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and difficult, leaving us wondering how to untangle and make sense of what is going on. Are you struggling with feeling burnt-out and stressed or having difficulties within personal or family relationships? I understand how difficult it is to ask for help or even to acknowledge that you might need it, especially if you are the ‘strong’ person who is always there for others. The hardest step to take is the first one, making the decision to reach out for the help and support that we all need at times. I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and gain a deeper level of awareness into yourself and others.
