✨ Vagus Nerve: Rest & Digest ✨
The vagus nerve plays a big role in how we move between stress and calm. When it’s supported, the body finds it easier to slow down, digest, breathe deeply and settle, which is why practices like Yin and sound can feel so grounding.
In this session we’ll use supported holds, our breath and crystal bowl vibrations to gently encourage that ‘rest & digest’ response. Expect floor-based poses, stillness, and space for your system to soften.
