Homemade elderberry syrup 🍇✨

Chrissie’s been busy in the kitchen making her own elderberry syrup — four cups of water, one cup of dried elderberries, a cinnamon stick, a few cloves and a bit of ginger — simmered down, strained, and finished with local honey (and a little Manuka for an extra boost).🍯

Elderberries are packed with antioxidants and are brilliant for supporting the immune system through winter. It smells a bit like mulled wine and tastes even better — plus it’s a fraction of the cost of store-bought!
