We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward, and customer focused Optical Assistant to join our team (full or part time includes weekends).
Glasseslab is an independent celebrating bold, independent eyewear and exceptional eyecare. Our curated selection features cutting-edge designer frames, and our approach blends clinical excellence with personal style.
What you’ll do:
• Deliver outstanding, style-led customer service and eyewear styling advice
• Assist in frame selection and lens consultation, bringing confidence and creativity to every interaction
• Conduct pre-screening tests and assist with clinical appointments
• Manage stock, merchandising, and day-to-day store presentation
• Help build a loyal customer base by making every visit feel memorable
What we’re looking for:
• A background in optics experience is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine interest in eyewear, fashion, and helping people feel their best
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confidence in working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• A sharp eye for detail and style
