Trauma responses are things we do to stop ourselves feeling our emotional body. To contain the uncomfortable.

We use repetitive tactics and habits to distract ourselves, albeit consciously or unconsciously.

These types of behaviours are normalised in society but in reality they could be a sign you have something much deeper which wants and needs your attention.

You are not your trauma. It’s just a sequence of habits, and habits can be changed.

I am the founder of Intuitive Breathwork Limited and I started my business in January 2020 with no big agenda, no big marketing strategy, but a willingness to learn, a trust in what was right for me would be right for others and some real determination and self belief - fast forward 5 years and I am now the CEO of my own limited company and Training School - MOST importantly I have helped A LOT of people heal, recover and return to self.

Now I want to offer my help to a select few to share and inspire their businesses and confidence - so we can help more people heal, recover and return to self, while staying true to our visions and our values, keep the rise of consciousness moving forward!

Over the course of 12 months, a select group of 11 women and myself will engage in a profound and intimate collaboration that emphasises guidance, empowerment, and support within a female-led community. Each month, we will connect via Zoom, creating a virtual space where we can collectively build and expand our knowledge, deepen our understanding, and enhance our business practices through the principles of conscious awareness, safety and self-trust.

We are committed to creating a private and nourishing environment where every woman feels comfortable to explore ideas and share experiences. In this unique setting, nothing is off the table when it comes to discussing ‘what works for me.’

We finish a big chapter this month leaving behind our much loved & known training venue which helped birth us, supported us, held us for the last 2 years and we move upwards and onwards to a new bigger wider more open space ready for 2026.

Where we will be able to take on an extra 5 student’s and continue to build our community and grow our beloved Intuitive Breath Institute. (new website coming soon)

May we continue to grow, expand and evolve individually, collectively and professionally together. Laughing, crying, dancing and being in ceremony with this, the sacred breath that leads us forward.

It’s pretty unsafe to think you can learn, train and then be an expert facilitator in CCB by attending these short fast track trainings.

My training was 18 months.

You need case studies, support/supervision, hands on experience, trauma informed training, safeguarding, somatic awareness, confidence, trust and most importantly TIME!

Please please please always ask your Breathworker where they trained (is it recognised by UK Breath Association UkBA or Global Practitioner Breath Alliance GPBA).

How long did they train for? Any short courses, or online only (ffs) steer clear, headphones, gimmicks etc etc be aware they maybe not have full understanding of trauma and the cycles that need to happen for it to process.

I’m so sick of these fast track unethical BS trainings that put people in danger! Serious danger.

I’ve had more people come to me in the last 2 years (than the previous 6) who have had really bad experiences and their nervous systems are shot to bits, I’ve worked to rebalance and help guide them through in 1:1 with me to ensure they complete the cycle and can regulate and integrate the unresolved emotions.

SHORT COURSES are for those who don’t want to train properly, can’t be bothered etc, it’s lazy, unsafe, fashionable and dangerous!

Just NO! Nuff said 🙄

They did it 🏆

This weekend sees our amazing 2025 student’s graduate after 6 months of learning, growing, connecting, embodying and transforming into our next generation of Intuitive Breathworkers.

This isn’t a training, it’s an initiation 🦅

They have been a dedicated to this journey, this sacred breath and their level of embodiment was next level, they took themselves and this training extremely seriously, the focus and commitment has been incredible to witness.

This weekend is the beginning, as education and classroom development is done and sign off is imminent.

What an honour to watch the next 14 Breath Warriors step out and take this work out into the world.

Just landing, processing and sitting with the joy received from another incredible breathwork retreat where we brought 15 amazing souls together to share, open, release and breathe.

Our theme this weekend was Intimacy & Authenticity.

In-to-me-see - vulnerability became strength, strangers became friends and hearts became whole. Many smiles and even more tears, as always. We went in deep and cracked open to expose our real selves, let the masks drop and the sovereign soul return.

Can’t lie, I’m shattered 🤣 but full of love and feeling nourish and humbled by it all.
