In an industry where staff turnover is common, we’re celebrating something rare: 20 of our amazing team members have each been with us for over 10 years. Some for more than 30! 💙
Last month, our founders Nick and Sarah Bruce honoured their dedication with a special lunch at Chapter One Restaurant, a small way to say a big thank you.
As a family-run care provider with homes in Bromley and Reigate and a respected home care agency across the South East, we know that staff loyalty leads to exceptional care. That’s why we’ve introduced shared ownership, because when our team feels valued and empowered, our clients feel the difference.
