We have been providing domiciliary care to our local community within Worcestershire since 1992 and are regarded as one of the county’s superior home care providers. Our carers are from within the local community as are the majority of our administration and management staff.
• We are responsive and can be contacted at any time, available seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our Service User’s are always our top priority.
• We are selective and only employ the best carers who are thoroughly trained before they are carefully introduced to the community
• We are flexible and welcome feedback from service users and families, we can action requests immediately and often do
• We are protected and carry all the necessary liability insurance cover ensuring service users are fully protected.
• All our carers are reference checked and enhanced DBS (Disclosing and Barring Service) checks are carried out
