St John’s Court is an impressive Victorian Grade II listed building overlooking the restful town of Bromsgrove. At one time the vicarage to St John’s Church, the property itself has a rich and storied history. Having first been transformed into council offices, it evolved into a care home during the 1900s. Today it plays host to 44 residents, all of whom receive care classed as ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. On October 23rd 2019, St John's retained its 'Outstanding' rating from CQC

Housing no fewer than 42 bedrooms, St John’s also boasts en suite facilities, two separate lounges, a communal dining room, conservatory and spacious garden. The aforementioned facilities go some way towards creating a spirit of community with interaction encouraged through the likes of communal activities. To further aid the transition, family and friends are welcome at any time, often bringing personal belongings and mementos to adorn residents’ rooms to them make a home-from-home. Some of these take the form of away-days and trips into the community, allowing residents to savour some of Bromsgrove’s best-loved attractions.
