Experienced in sporting & occupational issues. 40 years competitive sporting experience at International level. I am a freelance fully qualified, Sports massage therapist with over 35 years competitive sporting experience, qualifying through BSY and being a registered BSY Sports Massage practitioner. I compete at international level, sponsored by Elliott Nash Ltd - www.Elliottnash.co.uk representing Great Britain in Triathlon and Duathlon. Achieving Bronze medal position at the World Duathlon champs. National and British Champion Gold medalist in Triathlon and Age group winner of Ironman UK. As an athlete and five time Ironman finisher I have experienced many sporting injuries myself, know how to get over them and understand the agony of being out of action. I have learnt the importance of massage both for injury prevention and for rehab and recovery. Through personal experience I have found that massage is the answer to so many sporting and non-sporting injuries. As a working Mum having spent hours over a computer or with a child on my hip I also know the stresses and strains everyday life can cause resulting in tension and discomfort. I want to help athletes stay healthy, active and competing and everyone else stay healthy, active and mobile.
