Emma Blunston - Be You Be Yoga However after my first Hot Yoga class at Yoga Haven Solihull, I already felt the benefits and I felt amazing! That’s when I decided to become a Yoga teacher.

Emma Blunston is a fully qualified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher with over 10 years experience based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, with a focus on Mental Health awareness through the power of Yoga and Mindfulness. After struggling to deal with my anxiety around Three years ago, I felt that I needed to look at something which would help to balance my creative busy mind and take me away from the worry and stress that daily life can bring. My mind was so much more relaxed and stresses and worries disappeared, this in turn has made my Marketing and Graphic Design job even more creative as i am able to open my mind even further. Yoga has made me feel like a different person, inside and out, including feeling better about myself. I understand daily life much better, which gives me a greater sense that life is about being in the moment. I decided that I really wanted to share what yoga has done for me, and how it has made me feel. I want a chance to share my passion for making people feel good and helping people in different ways. I call Yoga ‘Magic’ as it really has transformed my life, I just can’t wait to share the magic with everyone else. My Yoga practise covers areas from the
Basics of Yoga (ASHTANGA Yoga)
Core and Building Strength
(VINYASA FLOW) Yoga
Breath (Ujjayi breathing) and so much more...

I will be looking at the Chakras and implementing them in to Yoga Practise/sequences. Im also planning on introducing and learning about Yin Yoga , Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Children's Yoga over the next year or so... so exciting

It's been a beautiful Autumn so far and I've really enjoyed watching the change of the trees and season throughout my teaching the past few weeks it's been beautiful.

It's been a month of really listening to my body and embracing Autumn with gratitude. I used to find it extremely difficult and missed the warmth and light of summer.

This is just a little reminder to be kind to yourself this week. 🧠💛🍂⏰

With the clocks changing and the season changing more each day, making sure your kind to yourself is so important as we adapt change. This can really affect our mental health.
💛
This in its self can take up to a week for the body to get used to. 
💛
Here are just a few little tips to help you this settle this week and offer yourself some kindness:
👇🏻
Make the most of natural light in the morning.

Go for walks in nature just 15mins of getting outside in nature can boost your energy and make you feel good.

Eat the rainbow, still have healthy diet eating fresh salads and fruit. 

Exercise, mindfulness, yoga, walking, bike ride, cardio, pilates, running and swimming are all accessible at home as well as in the community 

Get over 8 hours sleep adapt your bedtime routine slowly.

Focus on the positive get outside while it’s bright and sunny. 

Journal each morning around gratitude and making positive things happen.

Know its ok to feel sluggish and tired around this time of year its natural for our bodies to want to hibernate and slow down. But being kind to yourself and keep offering self care and love can really make an impact on boosting your mood and energy.

Our Story
