Corn or Verruca? 🤔 Here’s how to tell the difference:

👣 Cause: Corns = pressure/friction | Verrucae = viral infection
👀 Look: Corns = hard yellow skin | Verrucae = black dots, rough surface
😣 Pain: Corns hurt when pressed | Verrucae hurt when squeezed from the sides
🦠 Spread: Corns are not contagious | Verrucae can spread in pools, gyms & showers

I’m excited to share I’m working on opening a specialist biomechanics and movement clinic 🎉

The space is currently undergoing a full renovation and will focus on:

JKH Healthcare isn’t going anywhere - this will be a completely separate business, expanding the services we can offer.
