🐾Say hello to Willow and Archie, two amazing members of the Fit Paws - Dog Running and Walking Service who are heading out with us this Saturday. We’ll be getting outside into nature for some fun walks, a little bit of training, loads of sniffing adventures and a pamper groom before they go back home to their paw-rents.

Willow is a gorgeous border collie and Archie is a super handsome chocolate Cockapoo.

🐾 Who's your favourite? I get asked this weekly by my daughter. Look at those faces, how could you choose? As our first Saturday Social at Social Sticks kicks off next week, I thought I'd introduce the legends -

Lottie (black and tan) aka Mama! She's 3 and the most incredible Pets As Therapy legend, she visits schools, care homes and acorns hospice to bring joy and much needed pet therapy. She LIVES for tummy rubs and ideally loves being carried.

Winnie (chocolate dream) she's Lottie's daughter and is only 5 months and is very much training, she LOVES leaping around like a kangaroo and wants to kiss EVERYONE. She's learning so fast from her mama and is like a little chocolate drop!

So who's looking forward to meeting this pair?

🙌 BIG NEWS. Thrive Hub Bromsgrove Saturday Socials launch THIS MONTH at Social Sticks and honestly it’s going to be epic 🤩

🎯 🎨 We’re starting strong with breakfast at the hub, crafts, pool battles, retro Wii fitness chaos, darts action and some top tier Pets As Therapy with Lottie and Winnie 🐶🐶

🐾 Then it’s time to head out to collect our dogs from Fit Paws - Dog Running and Walking Service for some proper dog walking, gentle training, a bit of grooming and learning what it means to care for a pooch 🐾

🚌 Then it’s lunch, hopping on public transport, building independence skills and heading out locally for bowling, arcades and some very competitive fun 🎳

Skills. Confidence. Community. Laughter. Dogs. Snacks. Honestly, what more could you want?

Who else is absolutely buzzing for this because WE CANNOT WAIT 🙌✨

🐾 Today we held our 121 meetings with our young adults and their parents.

😀 It was really lovely to spend some time getting to know the young people, hearing about what they'd like to achieve in their placements.

🙌 We can't wait to get started in the next few weeks!

🚀 Awesome people deserve an awesome provision and that's exactly what we are!

🚀 Wow, what an open day for Thrive Hub Bromsgrove. We are completely blown away by the response! Over 70 people came through the doors today and the energy, warmth and excitement in the room was just incredible.

A huge thank you to every young person and family who joined us, a massive shout out to Social Sticks for being the most welcoming, community driven venue and hosting us so brilliantly.

🫶 We couldn’t have got here without the support and encouragement by Susan Tracey, Marnie Maurri, Jenny Mills, Andrew Mullane, Philip Parker, Chitty's Cakes Limited and superb to see Cllr. Samuel Evans and Cllr Robinson in attendance.
