✨ Important Update – Harriett ✨

Practitioner Harriett will be out of action for a couple of weeks following her planned surgery on Tuesday 💛

As many of you already know, and in line with patient safety and ethical practice, Harriett does not carry out injectable treatments within one week prior to any planned leave. This is to ensure she is fully available should any post-treatment care or complications arise that need managing.

Harriett is currently the only practitioner managing social media and bookings, so replies may be slower than usual, and there will be a few days off communications this coming week.
👉 If anything is urgent, please message URGENT (in caps) so another member of the team can pick this up sooner.

📅 Harriett does still have availability showing on the booking system, but if you can’t find a suitable date, please send us a message and patiently wait for a reply. We know how busy the coming months are and will open additional dates as and when possible.

Harriett will keep you updated should there be any changes depending on her recovery.

✨ MY REALISTIC 2025 YEAR REFLECTION ✨ as 2025 business year rolls to an end I thought it may be a good time to put my big girl pants on and share my reality this year. We often see the wins and highlights but we don’t often dive into the anxieties and darkness behind running a business during different seasons in your life! I’m sharing this in the hope it will make other business owners feel better that they may not be alone in a simular position to me 🤍 it doesn’t mean the end though! What is means moving forward for me? This period has highlighted where change is needed, and I’m choosing to move into the next chapter with more clarity and intention. My focus is on building a sustainable business that aligns with my current capacity, prioritises safety, quality, and professionalism, and allows space for both growth and family life. By setting clearer boundaries, strengthening systems, and trusting my own standards rather than external noise, I’m committed to creating a practice that supports long-term wellbeing — for myself, my clients, and the business as a whole. 🤍🫶
