Through touch, massage, manipulation and stretching techniques, an osteopath can diagnose and treat people with physical and emotional problems. Paul graduated in 1997 from the British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy in London and is BUPA and AXA-PPP, Leeds Hospital Fund and Hull Health Scheme recognised. Paul also has an associate, who is also a fully qualified Osteopath which further enhances the availability of appointments, including 'out of hours' clinics.

Meet Rowann 👋🏼

Rowann completed her Bachelor of Osteopathy degree (B.Ost) with the College of Osteopaths in 2023. During the five-year course, Rowann covered a variety of modules and had extensive training in the musculoskeletal system, anatomy and physiology. The course also included over 1200 hours of supervised clinical training which allows Rowann to deliver optimised, personalised treatments for her patients.

Jason holds a Masters degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) and has over 12 years experience as a massage therapist.

Studying and teaching martial arts in Britain and Europe for over 26 years has given Jason a unique understanding of human kinetics movement patterns and gait which he uses to structurally assess each patient.

Paul is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and the Osteopathic Sports Care Association. ⚽️

Paul specialises in dry needling, which is often called ‘western acupuncture’ and can be very effective for pain relief and muscle relaxation. It can be particularly useful for osteo-arthritis, migraines and trapped nerves. 🦴

Pleased to say we reopened recently and can now see low and medium risk people as well as emergency & acute patients.

Appointments are currently only available at the Brantingham clinic (near South Cave/Brough) where we can apply all the new covid19 safety procedures.
