We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to work 5.5 hours per day on a Monday and Wednesday evening (13:00 to 18:30) at our Broughton site.

You will be joining a hard working Reception team, who are the first point of contact for all patients in a very busy GP Practice.

Experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.

The closing date is 20th March. However, we may interview prior to the close date and therefore close the advert early.

Marches Medical Practice is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to work as part of our primary healthcare team supporting the General Practitioners.

This part-time role is for 19 hours per week, working across both sites in Broughton and Buckley with scope to eventually expand responsibilities and hours over time.

The pharmacy has a vacant position for a Pharmacy Assistant working 24 hours per week over the hours of 09:00 - 18:00 Monday / Tuesday & Thursday, with a 1 hour lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

Due to an incident at the Buckley surgery we have had to close the building this afternoon. All calls will be answered via staff in our Broughton practice.
We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
UPDATE . The Buckley surgery is now open again at 17:06

There has been a piece of jewellery handed in to the Broughton surgery if anyone has lost something.
It was found outside the practice.
Please either call in to the surgery or telephone us on 01244 520615 if you think it may be yours.
If you are going to phone please do not do so before 10.30 as the lines will be busy.

Annually practices in Wales are asked to ensure patients complete a survey in relation to their last contact with the surgery. The survey should be completed in relation to the last face to face appointment, home visit or telephone consultation you had with one of the GP's, Nurses or our Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

The survey will be open until 2nd February 2026. We would like to thank you in advance for your feedback. The form is also saved on our website's front page if it is easier to be completed on a pc or laptop.

We have a walk in flu clinic this morning in Broughton between 9:00 and 11:45.

If you are eligible and have not yet had the flu vaccination please just come along no appointment is necessary.

Broughton Pharmacy (Lanreath), have an issue with their phones. They have been informed it may take a few days to be fixed as it is an issue with the fibre externally.

They apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

We still have flu vaccinations available for all eligible patients, please phone to book an appointment.

There is also a link to the clinics ran by the Health Board attached.

The best way to protect yourself and your loved ones against the flu is to get the annual NHS flu vaccine. The vaccine can prevent you getting the flu, reduce the severity of symptoms if you do, and help to prevent you passing it on to other vulnerable people.

The road up to the Broughton surgery is finally being repaired by the council. It will therefore be difficult to park today and impossible tomorrow.

Please walk to the surgery if you are able or park elsewhere.
