I have always been interested in finding a Happy balance between food & exercise but what ever I have ever done I never found I could sustain it long term .

I then researched Pruvit ketones as I have always found the whole 'ketosis' very interesting , I have tried doing it with food so my body produced its own but I couldn't stick to it .
