I consider myself super lucky to be able to share friendships all over the world. I am lucky because those experiences taught me lessons about myself and the world around me. Keeping me humble and inspired.

I have the honour to go back to my yoga teacher and mentor , who was part of the reason that I became a yoga teacher. You always reminded me of where everything started. I couldn't believe that I attended one of your classes again, and especially in such an amazing location.

I always feel energized and excited by the world around me and is one of the reasons thar i want to share this world with others.

I am in the process of planning new retreats in Thailand so i can share this magical space and experiences with you all. Watch this space or get in touch if you want to know more.

INDIA i leave today with my heart full and my spirit replenish.

All the people, the experiences, and the learning will come with me wherever my life takes me.

It has been an incredible trip, one that i will cherish forever.

The next part of this journey is to visit my dear friend and my yoga guru in Thailand. For more lessons to learn and share.

Functional fitness is not designed to replace traditional strength training, but to supplement it, acting as a โ€œmulti-vitaminโ€ that keeps the body moving like a well-oiled machine.
