I am out of surgery. All went well but haven’t spoken to surgeon yet.

10 mins before this photo was taken I threw up 🤮 but I’ve managed to eat something now

Well that’s me finished up work until next year! Hopefully I’ll be back by March but I’ll let you all know how my recovery is going

I want to thank each and every one of you for being such fantastic clients. You’ve all been so understanding and supportive and I’m going to miss all your chat, but I’ll be back before you know it ☺️

As many of you know, my surgery is coming up on 10th December, followed by about 12 weeks of recovery.
I’m taking extra precautions to stay healthy, so, from next week I’ll be wearing a face mask during appointments - though I don’t expect anyone else to.
If you’re feeling under the weather, even slightly, please cancel your session (I won’t charge you)

Just a wee reminder that my last working day is Friday 5th Dec before I have time off post hip surgery. My diary is booking up fast!!

Hi all, as most of you know I’ve been struggling with hip pain for over a year now. Not ideal in this job 🤦🏻‍♀️

Good news though! I am finally getting a hip replacement!! Not just one hip but both hips because the surgeon said I’d need the other hip done within the year and it’s better to just have one lot of time off.

My surgery is booked for 10th December and obviously this will come with a substantial amount of time off to recover (around 10-12 weeks)

I know this isn’t great for you guys but I hope you all understand that I need to put my health first so I’m able to come back to doing what I love (torturing you all 😈) fighting fit and stronger than before!

So, if you have been thinking about coming back to see me then please book in before 10th Dec ☺️

Coincidentally my fees go up in January as they always do every 2 years but I’ll leave that info for another post in a few weeks 😬
