Can I please stress the importance of cancelling your dental appointments should you not be able to attend. The majority of patients phone or email to cancel, normally giving more than 24 hours notice, but today, 3 new patients wishing to be NHS registered didn't turn up. These patients received courteous email and SMS reminders. I know the reception can be busy, but when the answering service cuts in, please leave a voicemail. The receptionist will return your call.

We have at the front Tad, principal dentist, then behind him,
from left to right Jacky, Ismail, Eason, Associate Dentists and Matthew who has just joined us for his vocational year.
Behind Jacky is our trainee dental nurse Chloe, newly qualified dental nurses Chelsea and Zara. Behind Zara, myself, Jennifer, Practice Manager with Jordyn (my daughter) dental nurse and newly married head dental nurse Sophie.
