Let’s take a peek at what a typical baby massage or baby yoga class looks like — because routines bring comfort, for both babies and parents! 💜
💜Welcome & Check-In
We always begin with a warm welcome — a chance to say hello, settle in, and share how you and baby are doing today. You’re never just a number in my class — you’re part of a supportive little community.🙋♀️
🩵Gentle Grounding for Parents
We start with a few calming breaths or stretches for you — because your wellbeing matters too. Just a moment to arrive and be present. 🧘🏻
💜 Massage or Yoga Time Begins
Then we move into our baby massage or baby yoga routine. It’s simple, gentle, and always baby-led. If baby needs to feed, cuddle, or sleep — that’s totally okay. No pressure. No judgement. 👶🏼
🩵Songs, Smiles & Stretches
Our sessions are sprinkled with songs and smiles. Whether it’s a relaxing leg massage or a playful yoga pose, we’re nurturing connection and development. ☺️
💜 Wind Down & Goodbye
We finish with calming strokes, a gentle relaxation for baby (and often, a little sigh of relief from you!), followed by a friendly chat. 😊
Every week follows a familiar rhythm, giving babies security and helping parents relax into it. And no two classes are ever exactly the same — because we follow your baby’s lead.
