Mummy & Baby Reflexology 💝
It's the cutest time in here when they both get a little bit of reflexology each.
(Posted with permission from Mum)
*Sorry about the big fat 'watermark' logo. My posts have been getting taken a lot lately and logo stripped off so they can claim it as their own. It's the internet I know, its making people horrible out there and un-authentic. But I didn't want this pic taken as it's a personal one. So don't bloody touch it!!!
Have a lovely day! LOL. H x

‘As I was sweeping some of the oak leaves off our lawn, I noticed how the soft, spongy carpet of grass and moss has been replaced by another sensory treat, the satisfying crunch underfoot, paired with what I can only describe as nature’s reflexology, gently pressing through the soles of my boots.’💚
Lovely words 🥰
As I was sweeping some of the oak leaves off our lawn, I noticed how the soft, spongy carpet of grass and moss has been replaced by another sensory treat, the satisfying crunch underfoot, paired with what I can only describe as nature’s reflexology, gently pressing through the soles of my boots. 💚
We’ve been left with an abundance of acorns scattered across the grass like tiny nature gems, slowly nestling between blades of green as gravity tucks them into the warm earth.
It feels a little early for a mast year, that remarkable cycle every 5 to 10 years when oaks produce an overwhelming bounty of nuts to outsmart the small, furry mammals and ensure the next generation survives. I can’t help but wonder, though, after one of the driest years on record, could this be less of a cycle and more of a panic response? Perhaps nature’s way of protecting her own future.
So today, I’ll be glad of the wet weather, one of life’s most precious commodities and think of those who need it the most. 🌳 Let’s put on our wellies and go singing in the rain. 🎵
that reminds me, I must see you soon! 💆🏻♀️

Let’s celebrate us as we move into our Crone season.
Let’s fight for us and be heard where we are not. (Still bitter about my denied hrt last week).
Let’s empower each other to enjoy this phase and nurture it right through the next decades of our precious lives.

👣 SPLEEN 6: One of Your Hormonal Balance Points in Foot Reflexology 👣
⚠️ (not to be used in pregnancy)
Well everyone has been jumping a bit on the reflexology couch these last couple of weeks! For some reason I’ve felt Spleen 6 has needed some work a lot of my clients. Sometimes you feel drawn to a reflex point and you just need to work it out on who needs it that week!
So, what is Spleen 6 (SP6)?
Known as ‘Sanyinjiao’ or ‘Three Yin Intersection’, Spleen 6 is one of the most powerful acupressure points for women’s health and hormonal harmony.
Located approximately four finger-widths above your inner ankle bone, just behind the shin bone (tibia). You’ll know you’ve found it when you feel a sensitive or tender spot.
Its a hormonal powerhouse because SP6 is the meeting point of three vital meridians – Spleen, Liver, and Kidney – making it incredibly influential for:
✨ Menstrual cycle regulation – May help ease irregular periods and painful cramping
✨ PMS relief – May reduce mood swings, bloating, and tension
✨ Fertility support – Nourishes reproductive health
✨ Menopausal symptoms – May ease hot flashes and night sweats
✨ Stress reduction – Calms the nervous system and promotes emotional balance
✨ Sleep quality – May support restful, restorative sleep
✨ Digestive harmony – Strengthens spleen function and may reduce bloating
By applying a gentle, firm pressure with your thumb for a few seconds while breathing deeply. You can massage this point in circular motions or simply hold steady pressure.
⚠️ Important note: Please do not stimulate this point during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester, as its traditionally used to promote labour.
In reflexology, we work with this point to help restore your body’s natural rhythms and support hormonal equilibrium from the ground up – literally through your feet! 🦶
Your body holds incredible wisdom. Sometimes it just needs a gentle reminder of how to find balance again.

😌 Wellbeing Toolkit 😌
One of the things I talk about with my customers is building their own wellbeing toolkit.
I’ve actually only just realised today that I use this a lot in my after advice, especially for people who are starting their wellness journey and for people that are struggling and don’t know where to start.
This wellbeing toolkit is made up of five pillars:
🥦 Nutrition
🏃♀️ Exercise
😴 Sleep Quality
😘 Your changing purpose as you age
👣 Relaxation
These for me are a basic measuring tool for balance. Get these right and you should hum along ok…
For some it may mean taking time themselves to create routines and patterns that work around their lifestyle and budget.
For others it might mean investing in wellness providers who can support you on your journey.
It may mean a mixture of both.
Whatever it means for you, it’s finding the right tribe, the right wellness practitioners, the right support.
I’m really proud and humbled when my clients chose me for their relaxation and also when their confidence builds so much they want to fill the other parts of their pillars into their toolkit. Starting to find a class to attend for movement, taking responsibility for their nutrition. I love to see the changes you all make.
If you’d like to talk more about the wellbeing toolkit and what it could mean for you, and you’d like to choose reflexology as your relaxation option, please do not hesitate to be in touch. I am here to chat.

This!
Lymphatic Drainage is one of my favourite specialties that I trained in once I became qualified in my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. It is a super popular treatment and quite unique in its design (where more than two feet are treated!).
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage can provide physical benefits to how you are feeling - helping to reduce inflammation in the body and fluid retention. But is also there to provide support for your immune system, circulation and blood flow.
The majority of my clients have come for post surgery support and also support during cancer treatment when side effects are affecting their mental health. But this loving treatment is open to everyone who needs support with their general wellbeing.
Core benefits that Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology may help with:
* Reducing fluid retention and swelling
* Decreasing inflammation throughout the body
* Improving immune system function
* Enhancing circulation and blood flow
* Supporting natural detoxification processes
* Helping with digestive issues and bloating
* Supporting wound healing and tissue repair
* Promoting deep relaxation and stress relief
* Reducing anxiety and tension
* Improving mood and emotional balance
* Supporting better sleep quality
* Creating a sense of lightness and wellbeing
* Post-surgical recovery support
* Cancer treatment side effect management
* Headache and migraine relief
Lymphatic Drainage is so nurturing. Not only is it healing for you physical but mentally as well and overall for your wellbeing.
You can find all the details on my website www.hayleyvinereflexology.com and you are very welcome to book online. I would love to meet you and treat you.
