We currently have three main yoga styles on the schedule:
โจ ๐๐น๐ผ๐/๐ฉ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ
A dynamic, flowing practice that links movement with breath. Great for building strength, mobility and focus โ expect to feel energised and centred.
๐งโโ๏ธ ๐๐๐ต๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ
A physically demanding, athletic yoga style, following a set sequence of postures. Ideal if you enjoy routine, progression and a bit of a challenge.
๐ ๐ฌ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ
Slow, grounding and deeply restorative. Postures are held for longer to target deep connective tissue โ perfect for recovery, flexibility and switching off properly.
๐ When the timetable simply says โYogaโ, the instructor will vary the style depending on the focus of that particular class.

Thereโs yoga running throughout the week, including:
โข Early morning sessions (hello 6.30am Flow ๐)
โข Daytime classes
โข Evening wind-downs
โข Weekend options too
And yes โ all yoga classes are included in your membership, with options available for off-peak members as well.
