I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to those who’ve checked in privately and asked about Missy 🐾 recently—your kind messages and care have truly meant a lot. 💕

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter than usual, it’s because I’ve been soaking up a very special chapter with Missy (my French bulldog), who’s recently become a mum to four gorgeous puppies. It’s been a beautiful, grounding time—filled with love, stillness, and a lot of early mornings! 🐾✨Mum and puppies are all doing well 🙏💕

I’m slowly easing back into teaching and sharing more again, and I’m looking forward to reconnecting with you all—both on and off the mat.
