2 years of KM Neuro Physio! 🥳 I can't believe another year has passed. What an honour it is to continue to do what I love, a 9 year old girl's dream come true. I am grateful every day for the patient's and families that allow me into their homes and lives. We continue to work together to learn about and manage their condition so they can live the best life they can.
Highlights of the year:
✨ Building to a consistently full caseload of patients
✨ Connecting with more local professionals of all types
✨ Making the most of the freedom of private work by offering gym and hydro sessions
✨ Successful joint working with the local NHS therapy teams
✨ Broadening my services into 1:1 pilates and sports massage
✨ Starting a 'Bude Women in Business' group, a beautiful space for fellow women with small businesses to support, share and learn from eachother

I'd say that's not bad in a year! I am intrigued and excited for what the next year will bring. Thank you to all in my life who make it possible 🙏

Exciting news! 📣
I am now offering clinic appointments for Sports Massage & 1:1 Pilates teaching. Wednesday evening slots are available at MOVE. Garuda & Pilates Studio Bude.

👉Sports massage is an effective way to decrease muscle tension and pain from sports and exercise. Deep soft tissue work can be used for preparation/recovery from an event but also for long term management to achieve optimum performance, decrease risk of injury and speed up recovery.

👉1:1 Pilates sessions are a great way to learn the ‘foundations’ of Pilates or if you require a tailored exercise programme due to injury/surgery. The focus is on strengthening and mobilising the body to improve posture, balance and body awareness helping you to move more confidently and comfortably. Use these sessions to progress into a class or just to help you gain the most out of your Pilates practice.

This week marks 1 year of KM Neuro Physio! 🙌
It has been a steep but wonderful learning curve. Building a sustainable business that is my passion but also leaves time and space for all the other important bits in between is challenging but so rewarding.

🙏 My first thanks goes to my patients who open their hearts and homes to me so we can work together towards their rehabilitation goals. It is truly an honour to be part of that journey. I constantly meet very inspiring people that, despite life's adversities, continue to move forwards bravely. And that in turn inspires and motivates me. Thank you for putting your faith and trust in me.

🙏 My second thanks goes to my business 'cheerleaders'. These are the many people locally and not so locally that have supported me and my business in order for it to succeed. Especially the ones spreading the word in Bude so I can connect to the patients that need my service.
