These mini key lime pie desserts are much simpler to make than a traditional key lime pie but bursting with flavor. They're also vegan and gluten-free, so these petite desserts can be enjoyed any time.

Introducing Linda Moore of Ebb and Flow Massage. She lives in Appledore and usually works there but has got with a Bude bay and is looking to spend more time with him in the future. Hence why we have this wonderful lady working at the centre.

If you want complete relaxation, she's your girl.

Linda specialises in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage which, quite frankly is like nothing on earth! She even went to Hawaii to learn it from the best.

She's got loads to offer; facials, other types of massage, manicures and pedicures (made for sandy toes). Just check out our website or message for more info.
