Excuse the trainer but was sitting peacefully in meditation and solitude to see this bee resting on my foot.

' Bees emit a buzzing sound that falls within a frequency range of approximately 200 to 400 Hertz, which is believed to have healing properties and can promote stress reduction and tissue healing in humans. Different bee species produce distinct frequencies, with honeybees typically buzzing at around 250-300 Hz.'

Quoted for example of what your own frequency can do too. Everything is frequency.
