Exciting Update! ✨

I’d like to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to all of my amazing clients for keeping me so busy since returning from maternity leave. It’s been great to be back doing what I love and catching up with you all!

I’m thrilled to let you know that from the week commencing 8th September, I’ll be opening an extra day each week to give you more choice and flexibility when booking appointments.

⭐️ THE FACE BEHIND SE SPORTS THERAPY ⭐️

Hi! I’m Sophie Wronowski, the face behind SE Sports Therapy. I’ve been running the clinic for the past 8 years in Bude, Cornwall. I qualified with an Honours degree in Sports Therapy at University of St Mark and St John Marjon in 2016.

I’ve always been really interested in how the body works—how it moves, heals, and deals with injuries. I love all things sport, especially running and hockey, and that’s a big part of why I do what I do.

My goal at SE Sports Therapy is simple: to help you recover from injuries and keep you doing what you love—pain-free and feeling strong.

Outside of work, life is full on with my 5 month old baby boy and my bouncy 4 year old Labrador they definitely keep me busy! 🐶👶

If you’re injured or just want to stay active and healthy, I’m here to help.

‼️ UPDATE ‼️

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share an update regarding my return to work.

I've truly cherished my maternity leave and the precious time spent with Logan—I can’t believe he’s already three months old!

After much consideration, I’ve decided to return to work on Monday, 3rd March. To start, I’ll be working two days a week—Mondays and Thursdays.

I’ll be reaching out this week to arrange appointments, and I’m really looking forward to catching up with you all soon.
