Many of you know why this matters so much. ✨

Years ago, my son’s eczema was so severe that sleep deprivation, endless scratching, tears and frustration were our every day. Nothing seemed to soothe his cracked, itchy skin. In my sleep-deprived state, I had a wild idea - maybe I could create my own natural solution… and that’s exactly what I did.

Seeing my little skincare brand, born from that journey, being honoured by the Green Parent Natural Beauty Awards… It’s beyond words really.

There’s something so special about this time of year - the air crisp with autumn, the ground sprinkled with treasures waiting to be found 🍂✨

What started as a woodland skate and foraging adventure turned into a royal encounter 🍄

Tucked beneath the trees was the most beautiful mushrooms - golden cap, soft gills, that earthy forest scent. The big question: are they edible or poisonous? 👀

So we pulled out our new foraging book (and my little mushroom expert trainee) to investigate…

✨ Turns out, we’d found The Prince - an edible mushroom, prized for its rich, nutty flavour and majestic name.

This wonderful season always reminds me how generous nature is - nourishing us, teaching us, and offering free food to those who take the time to look. 🌿

(And of course, a gentle reminder - always be 100% sure of your find before eating. Some mushrooms look alike, and not all of them are kind!)
