Still ongoing at Bude Sea Pool the annual Channel Challenge where multiple teams swim to France (22 miles) as a relay. Most swimmers do a mile , some more, some less but it’s a great coming together of like minded folk all raising money Friends of Bude Sea Pool. I think we’ve had 22 teams so that’s 484 miles! 🤦‍♂️

We have had teams from as far away as Cheshire and Shropshire this weekend. Great community spirit and fun. Water has been around 15° all weekend but Storm Any made it very challenging yesterday. 💨

Thanks to all my swimmers from Bude Seals you smashed it out of the park! Go 🦭!!!

The light today was amazing. I swim for mental and physical health and I’d just been in with my son. The clear conditions, the sun and the water were so soothing.
