Conscious Connection Integrative Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, Circle Leader & Ceremonialist based in East Devon. I have spent my life in creative practice and education.

I combine Breathwork, Ceremony, movement and creativity to strengthen our connection to our body and the natural world. Sitting in circles, playing, making, listening to stories, telling stories, exploring the connection between how we move, breathe and feel, and facilitating spaces in which people feel able to play, try new ways of being, laugh, move, and have fun. I am passionate about creating spaces that inspire wonder, creation and connection. To the natural world, ourselves and each other.
