Yesterday’s Christmas lunch was a huge success! It was filled with laughter, great company, and delicious food! All of the staff worked incredibly hard to make this lunch the success that it was. We here at Launchpad would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone that attended our lunch, and all of you that continue to support what we do all year round! Merry Christmas, and here’s to our Christmas Day lunch being just as big of a success!🎄❤️

What a night! It was that time of year again for our trainee Christmas party extravaganza! What a wonderful night it was. We all danced away until we couldn’t dance anymore.🕺🪩 The trainees loved every second of it, and they were all awarded a certificate to commemorate their hard work and progress over the past year. We hope you all enjoy looking through these fantastic photos, just as much as we loved taking them! We would also like to say a massive thank you to Action For Life , Graham Bastone , and Paul Brown (the handyman) for donating us the money to be able to put together this party for our trainees. Also to SJB Foods for donating us pizza and chips for the trainees to have a yummy dinner! Finally to Garden City Discos for coming along to play the amazing music that makes the party a real party, and for providing the Photo Booth for all of these amazing photos!🎄❤️

Our Christmas lunch this Thursday on the 4th of December is fully booked! Which means that the cafe will be full and closed for these pre booked customers between the hours of 11.30am - 3.00pm. Anyone who has not booked in can still pop in for drinks, delicious cake or food before and after these hours.

Our trainee Sarah has been busy baking today and has come so far in a short space of time. Today’s work a coffee and walnut cake finished independently! Well done Sarah!

It’s that time of year again when our Community suppers begin! 🍛❄️

The first supper will take place tomorrow on Wednesday the 19th of November at Wesley’s at Budleigh.
On the menu will be a Cottage Pie and Fruit Crumble, made by our lovely Launchpad team, and a choice of Tea or Filter Coffee.
All are welcome and feel free to make a donation only if you’re able to! 😊

We look forward to seeing many faces there!

£20.00 for non-iced

Our cakes are made individually, by hand, by our trainees with the support of our staff and priced accordingly. Launchpad is a non profit organisation training adults with learning challenges in catering and hospitality. We aim to support our trainees to improve their confidence, motivation and develop social skills to achieve their personal goals and ultimately seek employment.
