Northamptonshire drop-ins are available at locations around the county for young people aged 8 to 25.

You can drop by (no need to book) for a chat with a mental health professional who will listen to you and help you in your time of need.

Parents and carers are also welcome to come along gain support, advice and information on how to support young people with their mental health.

You’ll need to provide some information about yourself and your caring role, then you can ask questions about support and help that is available to you as a Young Carer in Northamptonshire.
