Thigh and calf muscles are one of the most underappreciated muscles in our body

Why do we forget about our legs?

Every day, they work overtime to get us from A to B, but we don't even think about them unless they hurt or are injured!

👟 comfortable shoes - the shape and even size of our feet can change; make sure that your shoes are comfortable and supportive with toes being straight, NOT curled UP as that may contribute to foot and calf pain

At home you can also try:

🍎🍏Apple cider vinegar with water and honey - add one tablespoon of 🍏🍎ACV and 🍯Honey to a glass of boiled room temp water; add extra 2 spoons of ACV if pain is particularly bad;

🧊Ice compress - place an ice pack or some ice cubes in a tea towel on your temples or forehead for few min; repeat if pain returns;

🍵 Peppermint tea 🍵 has been known for its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties; You can use a good quality essential oil, im happy to recommend the best brand i found, and massage it into your temples (in a carrier oil)

Cayenne Pepper 🌶 has been know to neutralise head pains due to its pain relief properties
Mix half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper in a glass of warm tea with freshly squeezed 🍋 lemon juice and honey 🍯

🧂Himalayan Salt and fresh 🍋 lemon juice - add half a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to boiled glass of water at room temp and squeeze half a lemon

💦Hot/Cold shower - can be helpful at the beginning stages of the headpain - alternating water temp, from luke warm to comfortably hot, can massage the head and relax the muscles;
After the shower have a warm tea with 🍋 lemon and honey 🍯 and rest in warm bed

💧💧💧Drink more water - make a habit of drinking more still, mineral water to hydrate the body as even a slight dehydration can trigger headpain if you are p**n to it

🕯Specially designed hollow, cylindrical candles made of cotton and soaked in honey extract, pure beeswax, sage, St John's Wort, chamomile, Beta-Carotene (vit A) are placed into ear canal and lit at the top
