Well what can say it’s been a full on couple of months! With winter bugs, huge energy shifts along with a couple of retreats and further training so much has been happening in my world.
Has it been hard at times 100 percent yes, but there is always growth that comes from our challenges in life. Life is always shifting and changing and sometimes quite fast. Hang on for the ride I say….as wonderful things are coming next year at State of Zen Meditation and Healing ✨✨
