What is Hatha 1.0?

This is a gentle (ish) class. Traditional, static Yoga poses, held for longer to explore moving deeper into them. There’ll be lots of breath-work. Lots of space to be. Lots of lying down, a little balancing with modifications. Still moments to deepen your practice and calm the mind.
Someone once described this class as a huge hug 🤗 - who doesn’t want that!?

Hatha 1.0 - every Wednesday 6-7pm - open to all level - even advanced practitioners (IYKYK 😉)
