So this happened in the shop yesterday 🫶❤️

A thank you and farewell celebration 🙌 🥂

I’ll shortly be closing the doors to the Cynde Well-being shop making way for the new….

This felt like the perfect opportunity to say thank you to those who’ve been such a pivotal part and support of the Cynde journey so far.

A huge heart felt THANK YOU to all those that popped in, sent messages of support, flowers, gifts and general awesomeness and to those who couldn’t make it, sending love 🫶.

I was a bit of a blubbering mess by the end of the day 😂 but full of joy (and a bit of Prosecco) and my house is full of flowers 🌷 🙏

I started Cynde Well-being with the simple premise to encourage kindness to ourselves, others and the world around us 🌍 I hope I’ve gone some way to achieve that. I’ve certainly met an incredible community of people along the way 💫

This is just the beginning of the Cynde Well-being story…..

I’m excited to share with you more reiki healing sessions, energy healing and self-care workshops and workplace wellbeing events….watch this space for more details (once I’ve had a good rest and reset ❤️)

Such a great few weeks with this lovely bunch 🫶 ❤️

Some well needed family time and relaxation in beautiful Kos topped off with a trip to London to watch the Diamond League athletics 🏃🏃‍♀️🏅

Feeling inspired and excited for new opportunities ahead….
