🇪🇬 Good morning for the for last time from Sharm el Sheik!
🥖 I’m currently full of bread and Pina Colada…Why is the bread on holiday so bloody lovely?!
⛔️ Not thrilled at the thought of preparing three meals a day, I’m gonna blast a month on plan. The 1:1 Diet Step 3, trim a few pounds so I can go into The New Year feeling less squidgy. Not lots of work to do, just a little tidy up…
👗 I’ve felt great on holiday, we’ve walked lots, in fact I don’t think I’ve gained and I want to keep it that way so a little reset will be just the job.
🥗 I’ll be having a shake for breakfast, a light lunch - salad of some sort, a bar in the afternoon to tide me over and probs a stir fry of sorts in the evenings. Total of 1000kcals, 600kcals of which will come from conventional food.
💦 I’ve been absolutely dreadful with my water of late and I can’t say I’m relishing going without my evening triple gin.
🍗 Okay, I’m going to enjoy our last day here, get the protein in tomorrow and I’ll kick off on Transformation Tuesday. That’s appropriate isn’t it?
