ADJUSTMENT WORKSHOP FOR YOGA TEACHERS….
Supportive continuous professional development for Yoga Teachers !

Are you ready to take the next step in advancing your skill set as a yoga teacher? Proficient adjustment can help practitioners deepen their practice, feel good alignment and have better understanding of poses. This workshop is open to any yoga practitioner – no matter what discipline you come from. Kat is both a skilled and sensitive yoga teacher with 15 years of teaching experience closely learning from senior teachers (John Scott,Lucy Crawford, Sandra Howling)
In this workshop Kat will introduce you to a selection of safe adjustments to some familiar postures via 1-1 and a pair work.

The workshop will start with Kat leading you through 75 min of Ashtanga Vinyasa Class to warm the body. Then we move on to exploring principles of adjusting, how and why to adjust ,when not to adjust and most common mistakes students and teachers do and what we can spot about students body just by observing their practice. We will also look into how we can help students safely open up the body toward the particular pose with some extra work with yoga props like belts and bolsters. We will explore adjustments of some standing seated postures, twists, backbends and some arm balances and inversions.

The vibe will be fun and informal with little break for coffee/Tea snacks and plenty of time for Q&R.

Join Me for My First Yoga Class – All Levels Welcome!
After 15 years of dedicated personal practice and a transformative teacher training experience in Bali, I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’ll be teaching my very first yoga class.
Yoga has been a grounding, energising, and deeply enriching part of my life — helping me stay strong, flexible, and centred through all of life’s ups and downs. Now, I’m ready to guide others on the mat and share what I’ve learned along the way.
My class is for all abilities Vinyasa Flow class, really open to all . Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed and supported. Expect a mindful, breath-led flow, with options to modify or challenge yourself depending on how you’re feeling that day.
