🍎 Staying Fuelled & Refreshed: Nutrition & Hydration Week! 💧
This week, we’ve been shining a spotlight on Nutrition and Hydration Week here at The Cotswold Home. Keeping our bodies well-nourished and hydrated is vital for health, energy, and well-being, so we’ve made it a week to remember!
🥨 "Help Yourself" Snack Stations
We set up a special display in our reception area packed with information on staying healthy. To keep energy levels high, we provided a variety of "grab-and-go" snacks for both our amazing staff and our lovely residents. From flaky croissants and cereal bars to hearty pots of porridge, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
🧃 Cheers to the Winners!
We even brought the theme into our afternoon games! To make sure everyone stayed hydrated while having fun, we introduced a "Winners’ Toast." Every time someone won a round, the whole group celebrated with a refreshing shot of fruit juice. It was a delicious way to keep the fluids flowing and the smiles going!
